Sister Project 2020

Sisters, I didn’t know of a better way to share this project and make it somewhat interactive other than to do it online. So we’ll try this.

And in case you don’t know, Bobbie was my sweet mother. This is a personal project that I started a couple of years ago, that I hope to pick back up soon. This area IS PRIVATE.

I hope that you are as excited about this project as I am. I have learned a lot about myself in the last couple of days that I have been compiling the information. And I have to admit that the biggest one is. that I could be doing a better job at getting visitors to fill out cards as well as touching base with all of my brothers and sisters more often.

My process to date: all of the visitor cards home that were in the hallway in the box and on the wall… each one that has a legible name and/or address, I added to the list. We all know visitors that we have had, that are not on this list. I would like to add them as you know who they are. Like Sasha, your family…. I don’t think that we got cards on any of them when they visited and I would like to have them on our list. There are others too, please let me know so that I can add them.

In order to not publish personal information per se, I will put names, city/state, year last visited if it was designated, and any particular notes that might help us remember who they are. If you will comment below who you would like to write to, I will text you their full address. Does that sound like a plan?

Also, if you will let me know when you have written them, Denise has purchased the first roll of stamps to mail them out. We can get them to her at her store, or make any other arrangements. Also, I can send you generic note cards if you need some. I have plenty.

In the master list, I would like to keep track of when we mailed them if you don’t mind. That way we can come back a month later two months, three months, whatever, and mail them again, particularly on the more local visitors and “our own”.

I have two lists: visitors and our current contact list. I will put both here.
